Orders placed by 2:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays), are processed and shipped same day at no charge. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically delivers within 3 to 5 business days, while expedited shipping methods are available for faster transit times depending on your location.
All orders ship free within the United States. No minimum order required. We are committed to straightforward, no-nonsense delivery to get your compounds exactly when you need them.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and responsibility for delivery transfer entirely to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipments lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the carrier, though we will assist in initiating carrier claims where appropriate.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and products as we will require photo documentation of the damage to process a replacement or refund.
We ship exclusively within the United States. No international orders are accepted at this time.
