Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances: Shipping Errors (where the wrong product was dispatched by our fulfillment team), Damaged Products (items arrived structurally compromised or leaking), and Verification Discrepancies (errors verified to have originated on our manufacturing line prior to sealing).
We cannot offer refunds or store credits for cases involving a simple change of mind, opened or used products (due to strict chemical safety standards), formulations damaged due to improper post-delivery storage, or any industrial bulk items that have been partially applied.
Contact support within 7 days of delivery to log your claim. Please include your industrial invoice number, high-resolution photographs of the inner seals or damage, and a brief explanation. Verified claims are usually processed back to the original funding account within 5 to 7 business days.
Returns require prior authorization. Do not ship chemical mixtures or hazardous compound materials back to our facilities without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number displayed clearly on the packaging. Shipments received without this designation will be safely disposed of instantly without credit.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship. Because most orders placed before 2PM Mountain Time ship the same day, cancellation requests need to reach us quickly — email support@bluecollarcompounds.com or call (720) 660-5982 as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our standard refund policy above applies.
