Refunds are accepted only in the circumstances that there was a shipping error, the product was damaged due to shipping, verification discrepancies with the COA. We will accept unused, and unopened products. You have the choice to be fully refunded or have the option to have what you originally ordered be resent. Absolutely, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your product delivery.
